Gerald Solar

Co-Founder

Mr. Solar brings over nineteen years of industry experience to Greenlight Professional Services. With almost 20 years of marketing and recruiting management experience, Mr. Solar has been an integral figure in the successful launches of established, multi-million dollar technical temporary recruiting organizations.

Mr. Solar began his career at Oxford. Advancing to Team Leader and ultimately Project Leader with Oxford were soon to follow over the next six years which led to him establishing a successful and well known national technical recruiting divisions for both Total Technical Services and Additional Contract Services.

Mr. Solar's experiences are part of what makes Greenlight Professional Services a leading provider in the temporary recruiting industry. He is supported by a team of highly qualified recruiting and marketing professionals committed to creating opportunity.

  This is my first contract assignment. I was a bit skeptical at first about contracting, but after working closely with Wayne at Greenlight I felt well informed and very at-ease with my decision to accept my current assignment. Wayne explained in detail how per diem works and provided me with various lodging options to make my move as comfortable for me as possible. He took the time to go the extra mile.
